About Us

About HomeHeroes

HomeHeroes is a Charlotte home maintenance company. We started in 2014 and have spent 12 years fixing the appliances, plumbing and systems that Charlotte households depend on every day — from Uptown condos to Lake Norman homes.

What we do

Appliance repair is the core of our work: refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, ice makers and wine coolers, across every major brand from Whirlpool and GE to Sub-Zero and Wolf. The same team also handles plumbing, HVAC, handyman and electrical calls, so one phone number covers most problems in a home.

We work across Charlotte and the surrounding towns, 7 days a week, 8am–7pm, with same-day appointments for most calls placed in the morning. Our technicians have completed more than 4,800 repairs.

How we work

Diagnose first

Every visit starts with a diagnosis. The $89 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair.

Quote before work

You get the price before we touch anything, and the final bill matches the quote.

Fix it on the first visit

We ask for the model number when you book so the technician arrives with the parts most likely to be needed.

Stand behind it

Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
