HomeHeroes Appliance Repair provides in-home appliance repair services for residential customers in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. By scheduling a service call, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decline service for safety reasons or outside our service area.
A diagnostic fee is charged for each service call. This fee covers the technician's travel and time to diagnose the issue. The diagnostic fee is waived when you approve and proceed with the recommended repair. If you decline the repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee remains due.
All completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return and correct the issue at no additional charge. This warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover:
Appointment windows are provided as estimates. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All pricing is provided upfront before any repair work begins. No hidden fees are charged beyond the approved estimate.
HomeHeroes Appliance Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing appliance conditions, incidental damages, or losses resulting from appliance failure before or after service.
